Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world. 


We are currently looking for a 
Account manager. Ensuring reliable and transparent collaboration with contractors and platforms — from managing and controlling purchases to maintaining reports and coordinating payments. The Account Manager is responsible for the administrative stability of all procurement processes within the SEO department.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

– Processing and managing purchases: links, content, accesses, subscriptions.
– Collecting, recording, and coordinating invoices for payment.
– Monitoring payment statuses, deadlines, and closing documents.
– Maintaining internal expense tracking tables by vendors, areas, and tasks.
– Supporting statistics: what was purchased, where it was placed, when, and with what metrics.
– Preparing monthly and weekly SEO expense reports.
– Verifying contractors’ compliance with deadlines and quality requirements.
– Communicating with accounting, the finance director, or external payment services.
– Supporting communication with external platforms (marketplaces, agencies, SaaS tools).

📚 Your qualifications:

– Experience in document management, procurement, or vendor coordination.
– Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (without the need for training).
– Experience collaborating with SEO teams, agencies, or production teams.
– Understanding of procurement logic in digital (link building, content, tools).
– Attention to detail, structured thinking, and accuracy in reporting.

➕ Nice to have:

– Experience in SEO or digital projects.
– Knowledge of how link-building marketplaces, content platforms, and SaaS subscriptions work.
– Ability to interpret simple performance data: invoice → placement → link → metric.
– Understanding the difference between one-time tasks and recurring subscription expenses.
