Job description

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.

We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Manage and develop the affiliate network by establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and webmasters.

  • Search for and attract new partners through online platforms, conferences, and direct outreach.

  • Analyze traffic performance and optimize cooperation terms.

  • Negotiate payouts, bonuses, and exclusive offers.

  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and other key metrics.

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and trends in affiliate marketing.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the affiliate program growth strategy.

📚 Your qualifications:

  • 1.5–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably in verticals such as Gambling, Mobile traffic, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of key performance metrics: CPA, CPL, RevShare, ROI, LTV.

  • Ability to work with partner platforms.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Initiative, structured approach, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to make independent decisions and manage priorities.

  • Experience with postback setup.
