Our client is an international CPA affiliate network in the iGaming industry. The company partners with operators worldwide and provides affiliates with a wide range of offers across multiple GEOs. Recognized by industry awards and certifications, the network is known for its reliability, transparency, and strong market presence. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager.
About the role:
You’ll be fully focused on working with webmasters — no side tasks or unrelated functions, just pure affiliate management.
If you’re based in Warsaw, you’ll have the chance to meet the team in person and enjoy live communication with colleagues.
Expect regular business trips to major industry conferences and events, where you’ll represent the company and grow your network.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
Maintain and grow the existing partner base, building long-term relationships and participating in negotiations.
Attract new partners through both cold and warm outreach.
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and meetups.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
📚 Your qualifications:
1.5 – 3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming niche
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
Ability to analyze performance data effectively
Solid knowledge of main partnership models and key metrics
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to work
Proficiency in English at B1–B2 level
