Job description

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, with its own affiliate program and in-house products in online casino, betting, and poker. The company has been successfully operating for more than 12 years, building strong positions in the CIS market while continuing global growth and expansion.

We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager (SEO).

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Manage and develop relationships with SEO affiliates and webmasters.

  • Scale current affiliate partnerships and attract new SEO partners.

  • Negotiate traffic deals and commercial terms with partners.

  • Monitor and improve channel profitability (ROI, LTV, FTD quality).

  • Analyze affiliate traffic performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with analytics, product and SEO teams.

  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events.

📚 Your qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management / SEO Affiliate Management within iGaming.

  • Experience working with SEO affiliates and webmaster partnerships across CIS GEOs.

  • Understanding of on-page / off-page SEO principles and practical experience with Ahrefs and Semrush.

  • Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, Listing Fee / Flat Fee / FIX models.

  • Experience in product companies or affiliate teams within iGaming.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
