Our client is an iGaming Advertising Agency specializing in performance-driven user acquisition for operators worldwide. The company partners with leading brands, delivering high-quality traffic through a combination of a global affiliate network and proprietary in-house traffic sources.

Recognized by industry awards and certifications, the agency is known for its reliability, transparency, and strong market presence. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to drive advertiser acquisition and build long-term partnerships.

πŸ“‹ Key responsibilities and your contribution:

β€” Search for and attract new advertisers for collaboration
β€” Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with advertisers
β€” Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
β€” Support advertisers in optimizing their campaigns and improving performance
β€” Analyze and optimize current campaigns, improving KPIs
β€” Monitor advertiser performance and prepare regular reports
β€” Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
β€” Develop tailored commercial proposals and partnership solutions
β€” Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the advertiser network

πŸ“š Your qualifications:

β€” 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Affiliate Management within iGaming
β€” Background in a media buying team or affiliate network (deep understanding of traffic specifics)
β€” Strong negotiation skills: ability to clearly communicate traffic performance and handle objections
β€” Data-driven mindset: confident working with metrics, analytics, and performance data
β€” Experience in partner development: focus on quality, LTV growth, and increasing average check
β€” Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of results
β€” Experience in attending industry conferences and building professional relationships through offline networking
β€” English level: B1–B2+
