Job description

We are looking for an experienced CMO with a deep understanding of the iGaming market across CIS and global regions, strong expertise in building marketing strategies, and the ability to effectively scale affiliate and marketing channels. We need a leader who can shape a long-term vision, manage brand growth, and ensure high marketing performance in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Required experience:

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in senior roles such as CMO, Marketing Director, or Head of Marketing.

  • Deep expertise in digital marketing: SEO/SEM, PPC, SMM, affiliate marketing, email/SMS, influencer collaborations, performance campaigns, and A/B testing.

  • Strong analytical skills: data interpretation, working with metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and running data-driven decision-making.

  • Successful cases of launching and scaling products, including traffic growth and user acquisition.

  • Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, long-term marketing strategy development, and forecasting risks and opportunities.

  • Ability to integrate processes and teams around business goals and maintain operational efficiency.

  • Attention to detail and preference for micro-segmentation.

  • Motivated to build processes from scratch while improving existing ones.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across key channels: SEO, PPC, SMM, affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns and CRM.

  • Analyze the iGaming market: competitors, trends, regulatory changes, GEO specifics, and audience behavior.

  • Manage and scale affiliate partnerships, including networks and direct affiliates, optimizing payouts, traffic quality, ROI.

  • Own CRM and retention strategy: segmentation, automated lifecycle flows, personalization, email/SMS/push campaigns, and LTV growth.

  • Collaborate with VIP and customer success teams to enhance loyalty, retention, and ARPU among high-value users.

  • Ensure full compliance with advertising regulations, responsible gaming standards, and multi-licensing requirements in all operating regions.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new GEOs, adapting to local regulations, culture, and acquisition channels.

  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, retention rate, conversion rate.

  • Build, lead, and develop the marketing team: hiring, training, motivation, and establishing a high-performance culture.

  • Launch and optimize promo campaigns, bonus systems, and loyalty programs aimed at acquisition and retention.

  • Own brand strategy, creative direction, communication guidelines, and market positioning.

  • Implement and oversee advanced marketing analytics, attribution models, ROMI calculation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain the MarTech stack (tracking, attribution, automation, analytics, CRM tools).
