Job description

An international IT holding with 11+ years on the market and 390+ employees is looking for a Head of Affiliate.
The company operates a well-established, high-performing product with a proven business model. As part of its growth strategy, the holding is expanding worldwide across Tier-1 to Tier-3 markets

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to scale traffic and drive revenue growth.

  • Manage and grow the affiliate team: set goals, monitor KPIs, mentor and develop team members.

  • Identify, attract, and onboard key partners (webmasters, media buying teams, streamers, influencers, and affiliate networks).

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top affiliates and strategic partners.

  • Negotiate partnership terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and optimize deals to maximize performance.

  • Analyze affiliate traffic performance and optimize key metrics (ROI, LTV, CR, EPC, etc.).

  • Monitor traffic quality and volume, detect and prevent fraud.

  • Develop and optimize the affiliate program, introducing new tools and growth approaches.

  • Work with analytics and reporting, regularly tracking affiliate channel performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, retention, and analytics teams to improve user acquisition performance.

  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities for the affiliate channel.


📚 Your qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming / betting.

  • Proven experience managing affiliate or partnership teams (affiliate managers, partnership managers, traffic managers).

  • Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem: webmasters, media buying teams, streamers, influencers, and affiliate networks.

  • Experience scaling affiliate channels and building long-term strategic partnerships.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing metrics: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, ROI, LTV, CR, EPC, etc.

  • Experience analyzing traffic performance and optimizing affiliate programs.

  • Experience developing and executing affiliate growth strategies.

  • Experience working with multiple GEOs and understanding local market specifics.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking systems.

  • Leadership skills, with the ability to build processes and scale teams.
