Job description
Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.
The holding is currently launching a new business unit focused on traffic monetization and affiliate partnerships. The Head of Affiliate Partnership will be responsible for building this direction from the ground up and developing a scalable model for monetizing traffic generated by their internal media buying teams.
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
Develop and implement the company’s traffic resale strategy (Resales Direction).
Manage internal traffic monetization channels, including Facebook Ads, ASO, SEO, and other performance marketing sources.
Build and scale a traffic resale ecosystem through affiliate networks, direct advertisers, and media buying teams.
Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with new advertisers, affiliate networks, and affiliates to scale traffic sales.
Conduct negotiations and partnership agreements, including commercial terms and payout conditions.
Manage traffic unit economics, ensuring control over ROI, CPA, CPL, margins, and channel efficiency.
Analyze traffic performance and continuously optimize monetization funnels.
Build and develop the team within the direction (affiliate managers, sales managers, traffic managers).
Establish and optimize traffic sales and distribution processes between advertisers and partners.
Ensure traffic quality and compliance with partner program requirements.
Work with analytics and tracking systems to evaluate performance and support decision-making.
Develop long-term partnerships with key advertisers and affiliate networks.
Monitor the affiliate and performance marketing market, identifying new traffic sources and traffic monetization models.

📚 Your qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing or traffic arbitrage, preferably in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of the digital traffic ecosystem, including Facebook Ads, affiliate networks, ASO, SEO, and other performance marketing channels.
Experience in traffic monetization.
Hands-on experience working with internal traffic sources and scaling them.
Strong understanding of traffic unit economics, including ROI, CPA, CPL, LTV, margins, and funnel optimization.
Experience in building and managing teams (sales managers, traffic managers, affiliate managers).
Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing partnership agreements with advertisers and affiliate networks.
Ability to build and optimize traffic resale processes.
Experience working with trackers, analytics platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Keitaro, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
English proficiency sufficient for negotiations and working with international partners.
➕ Nice to have:
Experience in traffic reselling.
An established network of contacts among advertisers, affiliate networks, affiliates, and media buyers.
Experience working with multiple GEO tiers (Tier 1–3).
