Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.

We are currently looking for a HR People Partner (Armenia).

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review cycles, and grading.
• Holding regular one-on-one meetings with employees.
• Providing support to employees with various issues (120-140 employees).
• Assisting and coaching managers on team-related matters.
• Participating in surveys, research, analytics, and report preparation.
• Working on enhancing employee loyalty and engagement to improve retention.
• Resolving conflicts and addressing problematic situations within teams.
• Contributing to the development of corporate culture.
• Organizing informal meetings and team-building activities with the relevant teams.

📚 Your qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Specialist.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR-processes like Job Grading Systems, Job Evaluation and Classification, Policy Development, etc.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations and Figma.
• Ability to analyze.

➕ Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus.
