Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world. 


We are currently looking for a 
Junior System Administrator

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Providing technical support to users, including consulting and resolving incidents related to technical issues.

  • Supporting and administering the local network (LAN, Wi-Fi), ensuring the uninterrupted operation of servers and workstations.

  • Administering user accounts in Active Directory and managing access rights.

  • Installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) as well as application software on user computers.

  • Ensuring information security requirements on user computers.

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Maintaining office equipment (printers, scanners, video conferencing equipment).

  • Coordinating with external contractors, equipment suppliers, and IT service providers.

📚 Your qualifications:

  • 1.5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems.

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and TCP/IP principles.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory basics and user account management.

  • Experience with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

  • Experience with office equipment and network hardware.

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for PCs.

  • Ability to read technical documentation and strictly follow instructions.

  • Quick learner with the ability to work in a multitasking environment.

  • Strong communication skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.

➕ Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITSM.

  • Certifications confirming knowledge of networking technologies or system administration (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco).
