Lawyer

Our client is an international product-based IT company with 400+ people on board specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.
We are currently looking for a Lawyer to join our team.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Work with payment systems and subcontractors.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, legal documents, templates, legal opinions, correspondence, and analytical reports.

• Assisting with the opening of bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions worldwide.

📚 Your qualifications:

• Full legal qualification.

• 2+ years of experience as an in-house lawyer or legal counsel.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Hands-on experience working with the legal frameworks of Cyprus, the EU, the UK, or other international jurisdictions.

• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML and licensing matters.

• Practical experience providing day-to-day corporate legal support across multiple jurisdictions, including employment, commercial lease, and software distribution matters.

• Strong contract drafting, legal writing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
