Media Buyer TG

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, with its own affiliate program and in-house products in online casino, betting, and poker. The company has been successfully operating for more than 12 years, building strong positions in the CIS market while continuing global growth and expansion.

We are currently looking for an Media Buyer TG.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Build and develop the Telegram Ads traffic source from scratch;

• Launch, test, optimize, and scale profitable advertising campaigns;

• Research and validate new approaches, creatives, funnels, and traffic strategies;

• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve key metrics;

• Work closely with product, analytics, design, and marketing teams;

• Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability;

• Build a knowledge base of successful approaches and continuously optimize workflows;

• Monitor Telegram Ads updates, market trends, and competitor activities;

• Play a key role in growing the new direction with the opportunity to become a Team Lead as the team expands.

📚 Your qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in media buying, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Telegram Ads;

• Proven experience in Gambling/iGaming traffic acquisition;

• Strong understanding of the Telegram Ads ecosystem, traffic sources, and campaign optimization;

• Experience launching, testing, and scaling campaigns from scratch;

• Ability to analyze key performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CR, CTR, CPM, PnL) and make data-driven decisions;

• Experience working with analytics and tracking tools (Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.);

• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets starting from $50K;

• Understanding of affiliate offers, agency accounts, and Telegram Ads infrastructure;

• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to experiment with new approaches;

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build processes from the ground up.

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience working with CIS GEOs;

• Experience building Telegram funnels using bots, mini apps, or custom landing flows;

• Existing contacts with Telegram Ads agencies or account providers;

• Experience working with both product and affiliate traffic;

• Knowledge of automation tools, scripts, or AI solutions for campaign optimization;

• Experience mentoring teammates or leading traffic initiatives.
