Middle-Senior Affiliate Manager

Our client is an iGaming Advertising Agency specializing in performance-driven user acquisition for operators worldwide. The company delivers high-quality traffic through its global affiliate network and proprietary in-house traffic sources, working with leading brands across multiple markets.

Recognized by industry awards and certifications, the agency is known for its reliability, transparency, and strong market presence. We are currently looking for a Middle-Senior Affiliate Manager to attract new affiliates, develop relationships with existing partners, and maximize the performance of ongoing campaigns.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Attracting new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones;

• Developing proposals for partners to improve the effectiveness of collaboration;

• Negotiating and concluding agreements with partners;

• Analyzing and optimizing current campaigns, improving key performance indicators (KPIs);

• Daily traffic monitoring, reporting, and monitoring of target achievement;

• Coordinating with internal departments to support successful campaigns;

• Participating in industry events and conferences to develop the partner network.

📚 Your qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry.

• Proven experience working with affiliates across different traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, ASO, In-app, Email, Push, Native, etc.).

• Strong understanding of affiliate business models, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, Flat Fee, and other commercial agreements.

• Experience analyzing affiliate performance using tracking platforms and analytics tools.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience in product companies or affiliate programs within iGaming will be a strong advantage.

• Hands-on experience working with Tier-1 markets is required.

• An established personal network of partners will be considered a strong advantage.

• English level — B2+
