Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, actively seeking an Office Manager to join the team.

We're looking for an Office Manager to help us create a comfortable, well-organized, and efficient workspace in our Cyprus office. Your role will be essential in supporting the team’s daily operations and boosting overall productivity. Approximately 30% of your time will also involve assisting C-level managers with their daily administrative and organizational tasks.

📚 Your qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an office manager, administrator, personal assistant or in a similar role

  • Having a personal vehicle and being open to using it for work-related errands, if required

  • Excellent knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines) and software (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack)

  • Experience working with office documentation (document management, archiving)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to perform well under pressure

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution

  • Office operations support (ordering stationery, corporate lunches, consumables; coordinating cleaning staff and other service providers)

  • Assisting C-level executives with occasional personal or administrative tasks, as needed

  • Greeting and assisting office visitors

  • Organizing meetings and negotiations (preparing meeting rooms, arranging water, etc.)

  • Fulfilling tasks assigned by the Administrative Manager

  • Monitoring office equipment condition and coordinating timely service or repair

  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the office

  • Communicating and coordinating with external vendors and service providers; reviewing and verifying invoices

  • Keeping track of office lease agreement deadlines

  • Monthly budgeting and reporting (e.g., using JIRA)

  • Maintaining professional relations and ongoing communication with Business Center management

  • Ability to build internal communication, identify team needs, and ensure a comfortable and organized office environment

  • Proactive approach and practical ideas for optimizing office space for the comfort of colleagues
