Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.
We are currently looking for a Team Lead Media Buying
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
• Manage a team of media buyers (3+ people): task setting, KPI control, team development
• Launch and scale Facebook campaigns across Tier 1–3 GEOs
• Take full responsibility for performance and PnL of the direction
• Manage monthly budgets of $300K – $1M+
• Build and optimize processes: KPIs, reporting, workflows, onboarding and training of new buyers
• Optimize key metrics: ROI, CR, CTR, CPM, CPA, LTV
• Scale profitable funnels and implement new strategies
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams
📚 Your qualifications:
• 1–2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $300K – $1M+
• Experience leading a team of media buyers (3+ people)
• Deep expertise in Facebook Ads
• Experience in the iGaming / Gambling vertical
• Strong understanding of unit economics and the impact of traffic on redeposits and LTV
