Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry.
Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead of Retention.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Developing and implementing customer retention strategies to improve key metrics.

• Creating automated user engagement workflows, including segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.

• Managing projects and campaigns within retention and automation.

• Using analytical tools to identify growth opportunities and generate hypotheses.

• Analyzing retention campaigns to improve their effectiveness and profitability.

• Developing comprehensive customer retention plans leveraging automation and multi-level engagement sequences.

• Leading a team and collaborating with stakeholders and other departments.

📚 Your qualifications:

• Work experience as a Retention Manager or Team Lead for at least three years in the iGaming niche.

• Experience working with various CRM systems and communication channels.

• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of launching automated campaigns.

• Knowledge of different elements of building a retention strategy: tone of voice, email marketing and deliverability, segmentation, personalization.

• Experience using analytical tools, developing and testing hypotheses.

• understanding of iGaming product metrics.

• Proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide effective leadership.

• Strategic thinking and a clear vision of the “big picture.”

• Strong time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and assessing timelines.

• Attention to detail and high concentration at work.

• Ability to make independent decisions based on data and logic.
