Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world. 


We are currently looking for a 
VIP Account Manager (night).

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Provide personalized assistance and support to VIP clients during the night , ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Provide service that meets quality standards and requirements.

  • Implementing strategies to increase VIP client engagement and loyalty. 

  • Monitoring VIP client activity and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Analyzing VIP client feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the VIP experience.

  • Keeping updates of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in VIP client management.

📚 Your qualifications:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of casino games and the VIP customer segment.

  • Excellent communication, and sales skills.

  • Adaptability to handle variable workloads and dynamic environments.

  • Strong motivation for achieving set goals.

➕ Nice to have:

  • Experience in a similar position in the iGaming industry (CIS region).
