Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world. 


We are currently looking for a 
Chief Product Officer

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
— Define and shape the medium and long-term product vision in collaboration with the CEO and leadership, aligning it with business goals.
— Develop and oversee product strategy, including detailed roadmaps for the product lifecycle and addressing customer needs.
— Lead and manage the product team, fostering growth, hiring top talent, and nurturing future leaders.
— Establish efficient processes for seamless product operations and strategy execution, maintaining high-quality standards.
— Conduct market research to inform product development strategies, enhance customer experiences, and understand target markets.
— Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure effective planning, product launches, and market expansion.
— Use data-driven insights to set and track metrics and implement continuous improvement processes.
— Manage the product portfolio’s assortment, pricing, and profitability to ensure business efficiency.
— Maintain a strong backlog and oversee its execution to achieve product goals and support long-term growth.


📚 Your qualifications:

— At least 3+ years of successful experience as Chief Product Officer/Head of Product in the iGaming niche.
— Previous experience as Product Manager from 5 years.
— Comprehensive knowledge of the iGaming industry and its product development nuances across various markets.
— Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in key casino metrics, including bonus systems and industry benchmarks (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate).
— Demonstrated success in driving product development and launches, consistently exceeding business goals, capturing market share, and delivering industry-leading products and services.
— Proficient in using analytical tools such as Tableau/Looker/Google Analytics.
— Proven experience in designing and executing product strategies and comprehensive roadmaps.
— Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
— Exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex challenges effectively.
