Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.

 

The company actively integrates cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, into internal workflows and proprietary products. Their goal is to optimize, reduce costs, and accelerate business processes. Due to rapid growth and the need for a more systematic approach to leveraging AI tools, we are looking for a strong technical expert to join the team as an AI Tech Lead / AI Engineer.

 

📚 Your qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies, especially generative models (e.g., GPT, Qwen, etc.).

• Experience integrating AI models and automating workflows with tools like n8n.

• Understanding of scalable and fault-tolerant architecture design principles.

• Self-starter with strong decision-making and execution skills.

 

➕ Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Python and Go programming languages.

• Experience leading small teams or managing projects.

 

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution

• Identify and implement AI-based automation and optimization opportunities across the company.

• Select, configure, and integrate modern AI tools (e.g., GPT, Qwen 2.5, etc.) into existing products and workflows.

• Design and build automation pipelines using tools like n8n and other orchestration platforms.

• Develop scalable AI architecture and integrate it into the current infrastructure.

• Evaluate and improve the quality and performance of deployed AI solutions.

• Prepare the company-wide AI development strategy and roadmap.

• Initiate new AI projects, justify their value, and lead their execution.

• In the long term — build and manage an in-house AI team.
