Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world. 

We are currently looking for a
Product Manager to join Core team. The Core team is responsible for building and maintaining the backbone of our multi-brand, multi-gaming platform. It’s the main focus is on enabling fast, scalable launches of new brands and products across multiple markets through a modular and flexible infrastructure. The main mission is to create a robust, highly configurable platform that empowers internal teams and supports rapid expansion.


📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Own and evolve the platform foundation: configuration frameworks, brand architecture, plugin-based systems, and game/vertical integration models.

  • Work closely with engineering leads and system architects to design scalable, modular solutions.

  • Translate business goals into technical requirements — ensuring alignment with brand expansion, operational flexibility, and long-term scalability.

  • Manage roadmap and backlog for Core features, balancing technical investment and business enablement.

  • Collaborate with other product initiatives (Retention, Operations, Discovery) to ensure smooth cross-functional delivery and avoid technical debt.

  • Proactively identify platform risks, tech limitations, or opportunities for internal tooling that improves team velocity.

  • Facilitate documentation, implementation standards, and internal onboarding for platform features.


📚 Your qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years in Product Management with a strong focus on platform, infrastructure or system-level product development.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering, QA, and project managers.

  • Strong technical understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, architecture, and modular product design.

  • Confident with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro.

  • Ability to work with documentation, system mapping, and requirements grooming in close collaboration with tech teams.

  • You’re systems-oriented, pragmatic, and value clarity in processes and architecture.
