Job description
Our client is a global CPA network with deep expertise in the iGaming industry since 2019. They offer 1500+ GEO-diverse offers, reliable payouts, and personalized manager support. Recognized by SiGMA Europe, Affiliate Space, and Golden Boomerang Awards. Currently they are looking for an Event Manager to join their team.
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
Events & Merchandise:
• Organizing and overseeing merchandise production (from concept to delivery at the booth)
• Sourcing and managing production vendors
• Preparing briefs and running tenders for booth construction
• Communicating with exhibition organizers
• Participating in industry conferences and events (Europe / UK)
Operational Tasks:
• Handling internal team needs (T-shirts, business cards, passes, logistics, etc.)
• Gathering information on external events and partner activities
• Preparing materials such as mini websites, Telegram bots, etc.
• Organizing event-related and seasonal gifts for partners
SMM:
• Managing social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram)
• Writing posts, preparing content plans, coordinating with designers
• Basic Reels editing using templates
• Covering conferences, publishing posts, and moderating channels
📚 Your qualifications:
Hard Skills:
• Experience in event organization or offline production (from merchandise to exhibitions)
• Vendor management skills (search, negotiations, deadline control)
• Strong communication skills: email, messengers, phone calls
• English proficiency at A2 level minimum, ideally B1+
• Basic social media management, content planning, and light Reels/video editing
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic task managers
Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and high level of self-organization
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and initiative
• Responsibility and ability to follow tasks through to completion
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders (partners, vendors, internal team)
